Concert management allows you to run tour reports on cities and know the last time your band played near a store the next time you call it.
You can also syndicate your tour dates right to your webpage and take advantage of Music Arsenal's built in integration with Eventful and Podbop.
Contact Management
Keep track of the information for the people you deal with daily. Keep everything from name to phone to addresses to screen name on a single, searchable page.
Once a contact is added to Music Arsenal everyone in your company has access to the same up-to-date information. (Privacy option also available)
Scene Reports
Filter down your contacts by city, state, region or country. Have a tour date in Omaha? Quickly find all stores, press, venues and your other contacts there on one screen.
Daily Reminders
Even if you haven't logged into Music Arsenal yet today you can choose to receive a morning e-mail with all of that days contact followups, tasks, schedule deadlines and the next seven days of concerts.
Retail Management
From a store detail page see your concerts with 30 miles of the store, all previous phone calls and e-mails you've sent the store as well as store attributes like CIMS affiliation, listening stations, in-store performances and if they carry your records.
Lists
Work with lists of contacts you create to do things such as printing mailing labels, creating e-mail lists, sending promo releases and more.
